Each hotel sits in an area by the address its booking partner publishes, and every figure comes from the same reading that fills the rate on the hotel page: the nightly rate, the guest score and the review count. Rates move with season, demand and length of stay, so read them as a starting point rather than the price of a stay.

What you will not find here is a line about how an area feels. We can read what a room costs and how guests scored it, so we rank on that. We cannot read whether a street is quiet after dark, so we do not put a sentence about it next to numbers that were actually measured.
